It is important that the person clicking this link has administrator privileges. 2. Once reports are built (approximately 48 hours after authorization) SBI will work with InsightSquared via web conference to verify that the data was mapped correctly and reports are accurate. Someone from your team may be asked to participate on this 60 min call as well. 3. SBI will have access to the reports to analyze your business and provide recommendations. 3. I got the error message “Salesforce.com says this user doesn’t have API access”…help! This happens when the person clicking the Oauth link doesn’t have the correct privileges set in Salesforce. Please check and be sure API access is enabled for the person who Oauthed the data pull, then try again. What is the name of the Connected App being used to login? InsightSquared How does InsightSquared impact our API calls? Very, very slightly. We use between 1-100 th and 1-1000 th of your marketing automation software API pulls. Do you push info into our Salesforce? NO! InsightSquared will NEVER push any data into or change any data within your Salesforce. How do we (the client) get access to the reports? SBI will request access for whomever you’d like, and those users will receive an email with login details. Does InsightSquared move data out of Salesforce for processing? InsightSquared processes your data and builds reports in our secure data warehouse in Chicago. What happens to our data after trial? Upon request, all data will be scrubbed after trial is complete.
