8 Energy FinAnswer Energy analysis services Initial Site Visit Report In-depth Energy Analysis Report (pre-purchase/installation) Post-Installation Inspection Both new construction & retrofit eligible Custom calculations of energy efficiency measures, including complex systems such as compressed air and process cooling that require detailed engineering to quantify savings Commissioning requirement Incentive of $0.12/kWh + $50/kW Incentive caps may apply Sign incentive agreement before you sign purchase orders

9 FinAnswer Express Commercial & Industrial customers eligible Rate Schedules: A-25, A-32, A-33, A-36, AT-47, AT-48, AWH- 31, LS-53, LS-58, OL-42, PA-20, PA-40 Program offers incentives for retrofit & new construction – when to apply Lighting Projects – pre-purchase approval recommended, but not required Mechanical & Other – apply post-purchase, attach copies of invoices Custom incentives – Pre-purchase, Must sign an incentive agreement before signing purchase orders

10 Program Improvements for 2010 Incentives increased for many lighting measures Incentive cap for Retrofit lighting projects increased to 60% of project costs Motors Incentives available for NEMA Premium Motors up to 500 hp until Dec. 19, 2010 Incentives now available for Green Motor Rewinds Tiered incentives now offered for Unitary AC/HP depending on efficiency ($50, $75 and $100/ton) New Program Measures added: Compressed Air, Food Service, more Irrigation measures, Envelope, Farm & Dairy, and Appliances and more!

23 Program Marketing Guidelines EEA participants can use FinAnswer Express in business marketing Must have completed at least one project Shall not use Pacific Power logo Can use pre-approved language without review All other language must be reviewed and approved by Pacific Power Complete the Marketing Guidelines form and return to your EEA Coordinator Be as detailed as possible Minimum of 10 days
