Our Vision All domestic dwellings will be: energy efficient resilient to extreme weather affordable and comfortable to live in Sustainable housing will provide: a structure for sustainable communities attractive places to live support access to jobs and skills within a low carbon economy

WHAT DO WE DO? Lead and co-ordinate Promote, research and disseminate best practice Focus on Environmental, Social and Economic aspects of Sustainable Housing Develop leading edge projects for implementation by the SHAP Partners and the wider housing sector and informing Government policy http://site-shapuk.rhcloud.com/our-work/

Community Green Deal “Community Green Deal” report – 2010 - outlines a framework for the delivery of large scale, cross-tenure, whole house retrofit projects using a variety of funding mechanisms.
