8. “Grout Armor ® Understands the Truth Behind Grout Restoration.” Tile was designed to last for decades. A nonporous glaze is fired in a 2,000 degree kiln for strength and longevity. Characteristics of nonporous ceramic and porcelain tiles resist stains. Many building managers equate shine to clean which is not always the case. 16. Step 3 The floor is buffed with a high-speed buffer, burnishing off any acrylic residue while cleaning and polishing the tile bringing out its intended look and shine. If the tiles have a matte or a faux stone finish there will not be a high gloss polished look. Step 1 Our non-toxic cleaning and Prep Crystal solution is applied, saturating the entire tile surface.
