Knight’s armor-note the gold and ornamentation-human armor weighed approximately sixty-five pounds.

The colors (red over white) represent a hierarchy of power. Also, the armor on the man on the horse has more ornamentation than the man standing.

The horse’s armor weighed over a hundred pounds.

The Fleur de Leis is supposed to represent the concept of “one at the same time”. Very popular with the aristocracy of the middle ages, trying to unite the troops are “one”.
