1 Nighthawk Running Club September 30 th to December 7, 2013 5K or Half-Marathon Training

2 Meeting Dates/Location Monday and Wednesdays afterschool until 4:15 Transportation to MacAnderson Park Parent pick up at 4:15 from MacAnderson Park

3 What do you wear? Shorts (with under armor) or pants to run in Running shoes with socks T-shirt (with under armor) or long sleeved running shirt (school dress code enforced) Ladies pull your hair back!

4 What do I bring? Water bottle Snack (healthy; fruit or crackers) Good attitude Willingness to challenge yourself Headphones, MP3 player (if you choose)

6 Sign me up! First meeting is September 30th, 2013-meet in Ms. Brinkley’s room right after school Make sure you have a ride at 4:15 on the first day! Bring $40 or $60 to cover membership dues; t- shirt, 5K or Half Marathon registration, meeting supplies (water games, drills training, coaching materials) Signed form to ride over to MacAnderson Park Due: September 30th You must have all of these things in order to run at the first practice on September 30th
