Step One Collect Data from customers through multiple touch points (point-of-purchase, website, customer service, etc)

Step Two Using the collected data to send personalized messages (including the PURL) to the intended recipient

Step Three If the recipient responds to the mail piece by visiting the PURL you can then track their actions and interact with them accordingly in the future

Step Four Use the data tracked through the PURL so you can pinpoint interests and increase the probability of a purchase from the individual
