3 Create an Assignment  On a GoogleDoc

4 Download Doctopus

5 Create a Spreadsheet for your Roster

6 Build a New Roster/On this Sheet/Create Roster

7 Copy and Paste First Name/Last Name/Email Address onto your Spreadsheet

8 Click Refresh

9 Set Roster Name/Uncheck Create Class Rosters/Save Roster and Continue

10 Select Sharing Arrangement/Save and Continue

11 Select Folder with Assignment Template

12 Choose Assignment Template you Created

13 Create a Folder for your Documents/Save and Continue

14 Run copy and share

15 Manage and Assess

16 Attach Goobric

17 Turn Rubric Into a Spreadsheet on a separate GoogleSheet

18 Select your rubric

19 Attach Goobric to this Assignment-Must be in Googlesheet

20 Open the folder you created

21 Each student’s assignment is now available to you

22 Options available to you once everything is created

23 To grade click on eye icon in the address bar

24 Click on the tab to grade and click the level or fill in the number. You may record your thoughts on talk to text option

25 Submit Scores to attach rubric to document

26 Open spreadsheet to view scores

27 Rubric scores will be collected on a spreadsheet
