Who, What, Where & When Who-
Name, address, and contact information- address should be one that is easy to read-address should only be used for job searches/contact What- Objective-omit unless you have one that is eye catching- strong lead in to your resume. Where- Logistical information can be added, keep in brief When- Will you begin seeking a new position?

How? – How did you get the knowledge?
What to you do? Explain in detail the scope of your skills Bullet Points??-No -They demonstrate the fact that you cannot write a complete sentence- or- -You cannot fully describe what you can bring to the table

Tell Your Story – Bullet Points vs Paragraphs
Example Technical Project Management methodologies to carry out medium to large scale Projects and Operations activities – OR Principal engineer and SharePoint technical lead for the company. Technical and project responsibilities include planning, deployment, troubleshoot and manage enterprise-wide SharePoint farms for both intranet and external websites (sales, marketing, knowledgebase, intranet sites, etc) and ensuring near 100% uptime, 24/7 availability of scalable SharePoint farms. Consistently provide contract deliverables on time while maintaining budget integrity.

One, two, three, four….pages?
How long is too long, how short is too short? How far back in my work history should I go? Do I include references? If yes, where on my resume? Where do I list my education and technical certifications?

Bottom Line – You must QUALIFY!
Big question – How can I improve my chances? What does this all mean – WQ, BQ, MQ etc? Looks like alphabet soup to me… Why should I care about the category I was assigned into? Can I request an explanation from the HR Specialist?
