15. Slide N o 15 Product Caveats Glossy coated media is not formally supported. While the media will feed and toner will fuse properly, there will be a print artifact known as “background toner”. While the amount of background toner is improved over the Phaser 7300 we are not going to formally support this media. Customers who are happy with the image quality of the glossy media on the Phaser 7300 will find this output to also be acceptable. Page to Page color uniformity is not as good as the Phaser 7750. Customers who demand excellent uniformity in long print jobs and from day-to-day should buy the 7750. There will be no Color Matching Software (i.e. PhaserMatch) for the Phaser 7400.
