16 Some of the 80 service requests entered this past week….  My computer started overheating and turning off on Friday. Today, It will not start.  My LCD projector has a flashing heat / lamp indicator. It still functions though. I'd like to see it serviced before it fails. The lights started flashing just this last week. Thanks!  I am having trouble with my e-mail. My contacts no longer show up as options when I am sending an e-mail, and my archived folders are not showing up. I am wondering if I changed some settings somewhere by mistake.  One of my classroom computers is not working. It is on, but just shows a lot of messages on the screen. I have tried restarting it, no luck. I have tried following the directions from the message on the screen, no luck. I use these computers for centers each day and would like to have it fixed  For some reason, my computer audio has a lot of reverb…it sounds like an echo. I’m planning to show a DVD on Thursday, but I’m not sure I can with the sound the way it is.  Identify and/or install analog phone line for disaster preparedness. This analog phone line must not be tied to the computerized phone lines. Thanks for your help on this.  I am to locate a connected OBJH scanner and figure out how to use it because a Just 5 Clicks person is going to scan student tests into a system in Chicago. Could you help me locate it?  Computer 7788 is taking up to 30 minutes to start up in the mornings. This is causing the cashier to have to write student numbers down and enter them later.  I need a folder set up that both students and I can access. It will contain the files from the book publisher for my computer class.  My computer is aging and needs to move to an assisted living facility. It is slow to open windows, close windows, think and remember. I end up with overlapping windows, etc. it takes forever to do anything. Thanks

17  Sent two math curriculum committee members to Northwest Conference for Computer Education – used funds from Title IID (Enhancing Education Through Technology)  LCD Projectors and Document Cameras for math classrooms without them  Looking at available software  Online resources with practice for students and teacher and parent support
