I feel sick/ill/ terrible/ horrible/ lousy today!!  I have: cough, a sore/ scratchy throat, a headache, a low/high fever, swollen glands, a stomach/belly/tummy ache, an upset stomach, diarrhea, a runny nose, a stuffy nose, cramps  I’m: stuffed up, sneezing, chilled, achy, constipated (Yuck!)  I feel: nauseous, dizzy, feverish, like I’m going to vomit/puke/ toss my cookies/hurl/die!

3.  caught a cold, a head-cold upper respiratory (it’s in your head) a virus or viral infection (in your cells)(over 300 different!), NO antibiotics necessary!  Bronchitis, tonsillitis. Lasts longer than cold but Antibiotics work well!  Allergies (always!) allergic to some things…  Influenza (starts with a fever and you are sick all over), you have pains and aches all over, the flu, Swine Flu - SYMPTOMS

4.  The stomach flu  -you feel nauseous, you are vomiting and you have diarrhea. Oh Joy!  -an “Eye Headache” from poor eyesight  - or migraines, migraine headaches are sever and recurring. Also with nausea and dizziness and light-sensitivity. How fun!  -or maybe you have a growth or tumor in your brain! Let’s hope it is benign and not cancerous! Cancer cells are bad!

5.  Cancer, cells that grow and multiply, that’s it! Breast, liver, skin, bone(Leukemia), Lung!  Diabetes – chronic problem where your Pancreas doesn’t produce enough insulin, leaving too much glucose (sugar) in your blood  Heart disease. “Don’t have a heart attack!!”, stress  A Stroke. Brain cells die due to lack of oxygen because of a blockage of blood to your brain.

7.  You went to the emergency room for a:  Broken bone, you need X ray, a cast or a plaster in UK  Sprained/twisted joint (ankle, knee…)  Some cuts and bruises Practice a call for an ambulance while witnessing an accident (you are a witness, your partner is an emergency assistant)
