Unauthorized dumping on a farm or ranch parcel Includes garbage, tires, HHW Does not include rusty farm equipment, falling down buildings, drug lab waste Property owner is not responsible Not owner’s waste or inherited from relative Not from a renter, lessee, friend etc… Site Eligibility

Grant Application Process Applicant finds a site (or sites) Complaint, request from owner, etc. Determine site eligibility Site Visit Obtain contractor bid Online application – Due Feb 11 All App documents due on this date Application reviewed Grant awarded/begin cleanup

Reimbursement Grants For sites previously remediated Same Application form Must provide “before” photos, plus disposal/recycling receipts No statute of limitations…
