9 Federal Aviation Administration Date: September 28, 2009 Wright Brothers “Master Pilot” Award More Aviation Memories 1952: Ron Judy & Tom Watson in C-172 Tom Watson was my constant flying companion who would go on to become a Navy pilot for 10 years, retiring as a Delta Captain. Tom spent so much time at the airport that he nearly flunked out of school. He wrote when I was overseas that he was on probation due to a grade point of 0.9. His major was in Geography. A tough one!!!

I had it powdercoated and all lettering silkscreened. I installed and wired all of the avionics and autopilot with interfacing between all of the black boxes myself. This is my favorite kind of work and anyone can do it if they will read the schematics and be patient.
