(PVTX.11.1f) Otherwise, "The purpose of this period of instruction is to familiarize you with . . ." 

8 How is the class being given?
Method and Media How is the class being given? Lecture, Guided Discussion, Practical Application, Etc. Are you using any media/aids? Overhead Projector, Chalkboard, Turn Charts, Etc. Any extra instructions.

9 How, when, and where will the students be test.
Evaluation How, when, and where will the students be test. e.g. You will be tested over this material on October 31, by written examination, in room 337. If material is not testable: You will not be tested over this material however, (reason students should pay attention).

10 Safety / Cease Training
What conditions will call for the period of instruction to be interrupted? Who can call cease training? What do the students need to do if a cease training is called? If no safety concerns, just say “No safety, or cease training concerns are associated with this lesson”

19 How to receive a question?
Repeat the Question or ask if everyone heard the questions.  This is determined by the size of the venue and class. Answer the question back to the entire class.  Do not ignore a question or try to come with an acceptable answer that is not correct. Ensure you have answered the student’s question.

20 Employing Media Know what media you are using, and test it beforehand
Create your own media! Utilize all media available. i.e. Chalkboards, projectors, hand-outs, video. Be creative with your lesson. Use the media as your guide to presenting the lesson.
