The 56th quadrennial United States presidential election was held on November 4, 2008. Outgoing Republican President George W. Bush's policies and actions and the American public's desire for change were key issues throughout the campaign. During the presidential election campaign, the major-party candidates ran on a platform of change and reform in Washington. Domestic policy and the economy eventually emerged as the main themes in the last few months of the election campaign after the onset of the 2008 economic crisis.

What surprised me most about the video was that many decisions that were made that negatively affected our country weren’t all approved by George W. Bush, even though our president did make some foolish decisions as well.

All Americans should be informed of the costs of the war and how the certain decisions made by political leaders have affected our country. They should also be aware of the number of innocent Iraqi civilians that were murdered.

What angered me the most about the film was finding out the amount of innocent Iraqi civilians that were murdered.
