3. Develop an understanding of My Refunds options available to students Financial aid refunds are issued electronically via My Refunds Program at PCC within 1 to 2 business days of disbursement. Students will receive an email to enroll via MyPCC. If My Refund enrollment is not completed by the time the money is disbursed, or if there is a problem with the refund selection, a check will be mailed. It can take up to two weeks to receive the refund by check. Students must sign up before the term begins to avoid delays.
