2. Driving Question How long does it take about 250ml of milk to boil?

3. Hypothesis We think it will take about 10 mins.

4. Variables Independent/testing-milks boiling point Dependent/measuring-time, how long does it take for milk to boil Control/keep the same- the amount of milk we boiled was about 250 ml

5. Materials -milk -a hot plate -beaker

6. Procedure First we got some milk, then we got a hot plate and put the milk on the hot plate. Then after that we waited for the milk to boil.

7. Observations After 12 minuets you could see condensation on the sides of the beaker After 18 minuets the milk started to boil at 80 degrees Celsius

8. Conclusion -The milk started to boil at 18 minutes -It started to bubble -there was condensation on the sides of the beaker -The temp. Of the milk rose -We think the milk boiled because the temp. Was pretty high
