My Ice cream and popsicles I will be selling ice cream and popsicles from an ice cream truck. I will be buying my ice cream and popsicles ready to go so there is no waiting and my products will have a special family ingredient that’s keeps the ice cream and popsicles colder longer so there less mess with the young ones

What will I need I will need a nice truck with lots of room to put my ice cream and popsicles. I will have all flavors you can think of. I will need my drivers licenses and my food health certificate. I will need cones cups toping for the ice cream and popsicles. I will need a cooler and A/C to keep the truck freezing so the ice cream and popsicles. I will need cups, cones toping for the ice cream, napkins, Ice cream scoopers, and cheep candies just to have.

Employees I will need two employees per day. Although I might have some teenagers who want a summer job to help 4x a week.

What qualification will I need I will need to be good with kids. No criminal record. A food certification. Can stand temperatures going from cold to hot.

I will be selling my product I will be selling my project from a ice cream truck I will be selling it from neighborhood to neighborhood. My business hrs will be from Monday- Sunday, 12.pm-8.pm

My cost to run a Ice Cream truck Company A truck= $900 Gas for the car= $300 My utensils= $130 Pots and pan to hold the Ice Cream= $200 Ads= $100 Total= $1,730

Parking/ zoning I can park anywhere there would be kids except schools. My produce is commercial and it is for teens, children and adults.

Marketing I will be selling to children, adults, and teens. There are only about 6 Ice cream trucks in Erie P.A. My cheap prices and high quality products. People will know about my produce by ads and T.V. I will be going from neighborhood to neighborhood, every where family’s are.
