Some deficiencies in adult education as follows; 1.The period of determination of capabilities by considering labour market for students in adult education is limited. 2.Most poor qualified workers are employed in sectors long time period (12-14 h/day) and wages are lower. Therefore, it very difficult for them attending day time education and paying of course fees. 3.The certificate of professional for open the new store and employing the workers is obtained by vocational training centers, but this is not required by local authorities. 4.The immigrants residented in Adana City are mostly originated by East and Southern part of Anatolia. Due to the their originally social structures, employing of women in outside and attending the such courses are not mostly recommended. 5.Most courses are not efficient by obtaining the new jobs. The courses have some disadvantages. These are; poor trainers and laboratory devices, using the old teaching methods, deficiency in student motivation. 6.Poor coordination between course organizers (Universities, Educational Authorities, private sectors etc.).
