21. 2005-2006 Pell Forms  RTVCDST – COD State Codes Form  Lists COD State Codes from the RTVCDST table  Extracted data for Student and PLUS Borrower addresses are validated to these values upon extract  RPE 39771 - translation of STVSTAT codes to COD state codes  Translation codes must be manually entered by the school on the RTVCDST form  Use Duplicate Record to enter more than one STVSTAT code for a particular COD State Code
