7. Foreign Affairs We will initiate the withdrawal of troops from the Middle East over a realistic timetable with the stabilization of their governments in mind.

Medicare Although Medicare funding has been minimal in the past, its importance remains evident, especially with the rising prices of drugs, hospitalization, and other health care necessities for senior citizens. We plan to steadily raise tax rate for its funding in a timely manner as the economy begins to stabilize itself.

11. Social Security We will introduce social security reforms to lower benefits for upper-income bracket retirees.
