1 HOSTAGE POLICY Hostage means one or more non- inmates taken and held by an inmate or other individual against the captive’s will.

2 HOSTAGE POLICY The Department will not trade or bargain in any way for the following: –Weapons –Alcohol –Drugs –Other employees in trade –The hostage taker will not be permitted to leave the institution under any conditions.
