Cross Bracing between each truss as our standard feature, assuring a more stable building and ease of setup
12
Each Perlin is the same length making setup much more simple.
13
Double Truss in some of the Portable Building line. We are the only Double Truss building in any portable concept, making us more competitive and unique.
14
You can add to the length of the building at any time.
15
With Polyethylene Fabric, the building will be 8-15 degrees warmer in Winter and 8-15 degrees cooler in Summer.
16
Powder Coated Frame. All welding is done before it is powder coated.
17
12 oz Polyethylene Fabric is our Standard fabric. (Our competitors do not mention weight as they have 7 oz as their standard)
18
Round Tube frame is used to give life to the Cover and strength to the stress of the building
19
Truss joint is offset to give life to the Polyethylene fabric, so it does not wear on the joint
20
Apron is sewn on, not welded like our competition, making it easier to repair in case of Apron tear.
21
38’ and 46’ Buildings are bolted together, not screwed together.
22
Man door can be put at any location on the building.
23
Green UV protection for all equipment / product.
24
No birds nesting. Birds will nest only where they can find dark space.
25
Electricity savings are great as there is a reflective attribute to the white Fabric. This will save the end user a lot of money through the years as the amount of lighting needed is much less, compared to all other buildings.
26
PQB Buildings include the following: * Both end walls * Screw-in piles or wall mount brackets * Roll-up door * Main door frame * Base foundation * All hardware needed for setup
