The Ear! Did you know you know your ears are made out of cartilage. Sound waves go through the ear canal and into the ear drum and that’s how you hear. Your ears detect sound waves then they change them to nerve signals, and travels to your brain. The inner ear is found inside the temporal bone, the hardest bone in the human body.

These are the parts of your ear Ear flap, ear canal, ear drum, ear bones, ear cavity, cochlea, nerve to brain. If you guys are wondering what the smallest parts of your ear is I’ll tell you it’s the hammer, anvil, stirrup. These 3 bones carry sound waves.

The NOSE! A smell is made of tiny particles which float in the air. They drift into a nose as the person breathes. Some smells are very useful as warnings like if you smell smoke. Or a smell that’s bad like food it means you should NOT eat it.

Particles go to the smell linings which have hair And then send messages to your brain. These are the parts of your nose Smell detecting nerves, smell lining, nasal cavity, nostril, particles, roof of the mouth, tongue, throat.

The TONGUE! There are thousands of different tastes, but there are four basic flavors. They are sweet, salty, sour, and bitter. The tongue can tell if something is cold like cold carrots or ice cream. It can taste hot things to like fresh baked pie.

Did you know the human nose has two nostrils? It helps you breath. Found at the roof of the nose, the ethmoid bone separates the nasal cavity and brain so you can breath.
