3. After stopping at the hotel and exchanging currency, go ice skating in the beautiful Bonsecours Basin.

4. Finish day one enjoying dinner with the group in downtown Montreal. Return to the hotel for the night.

5. Jour 2 dimanche, le 21 février

6. A fter breakfast with the group at a local restaurant, enter the fabulous world of the Biodome. Spend a few minutes watching the penguins or looking for the monkeys playing in the trees above your heads as you stroll through the four major ecosystems of the American continents.

7. Next, play a game or watch a dvd as you travel by bus to Quebec City.

8. On the way to Quebec City, stop at a Cabane à Sucre.

9. Learn how maple syrup is made.

10. Eat a lumberjack’s lunch, sing some folk songs, and play the spoons.

11. For dessert, make maple syrup popsicles. Yum!

12. After lunch, take a guided walking tour of Old Quebec City. Rue Saint-Louis

18. Visit the Chateau Frontenac and find out what life was like when it was built.

19. Slide down the 250- metre-high (820 ft.) Glissades de la Terrasse Dufferin next to Chateau Frontenac on a specially built toboggan, reaching speeds of up to 90 km/h (56 mph) before coming to a stop at the bottom.

20. After sliding to your heart’s content, enjoy dinner with your Prometour Tour Director and check in at your hotel located just at the outskirts of Quebec City.

22. Enjoy a wonderful breakfast at a restaurant overlooking the Montmorency Falls.

23. After breakfast, visit the Parc de la Chute Montmorency and take an ice climbing lesson.

24. Eat lunch and then drive to Ste- Anne-de- Beaupré to visit its superb basilica.

25. Next make a stop at the Copper Museum of Albert Gilles.

26. Watch a demonstration of "Repoussé" work, and then try your hand at creating a copper masterpiece.

27. Next, savor delicious pastries at Marie’s Bread Ovens, a local bakery which has been family run for the last 90 years.

28. Next, return to Quebec City and have the rest of the afternoon to explore at your leisure. Later, eat dinner with your Prométour Tour Director and return to the hotel.

32. Fuel up on breakfast with your Prométour Tour Director at a local restaurant.

33. Next, visit the amazing Ice Hotel.

34. Enjoy the rest of the day at the Village des Sports, a winter activity center.

42. Have lunch with your group on Quebec’s Grande-Allée.

43. Hop on the bus and head back to Montreal.

44. Enjoy the panoramic view of the city from the Belvédère on Mont-Royal, the highest point in Montreal.

45. Continue to Montreal’s Underground City, where you’ll have access to nearly 2000 stores, all linked by 22 miles of tunnels.

46. Have breakfast with your group at a local restaurant.

47. Have dinner with your Prométour Tour Director and head to the hotel for an overnight stay in Montreal.

49. Have breakfast with your group at a local restaurant.

50. Visit the National Film Board, where you’ll learn basic animation techniques and make your own film.

51. Have lunch in the Plateau Mont-Royal area.

52. Head to Old Montreal for a guided visit of Notre Dame Basilica. Marvel at its majestic interior of sculpted wood, gold leaf and neo- gothic architecture.

53. Explore the very birthplace of Montréal at Le Musée Pointe à Callière. The multimedia show and virtual figures make for a living, interactive experience.

54. Take the rest of the afternoon to explore Place Jacques Cartier and St-Paul Street in Old Montreal.

55. If available, learn to ride a Segway.

56. Enjoy a farewell dinner with your Prométour Tour Director and return to the hotel for your last night in Montreal.

57. Jour 7 vendredi, le 26 février

58. Have breakfast at the hotel and then head to the airport. Bid a fond farewell to your Prométour Tour Director and fly back to North Carolina with a smile on your face, tons of new information in your brain, and great memories to treasure.
