2. Background FloraFab FloraFab is a floral business that started in June 2006. Ms. Jackleen Fullerspan is the owner/ manager and does arrangements for parties and small functions along with her staff of 6. 2 workers are cashiers, 2 are florists, 1 is a stock clerk, and 1 is a customer care representative.

3. Problem identification Jackleen’s business is growing and a larger number of orders are received everyday. When a person makes a order for a later date, they would have to write down their order on a special list. This order list sometimes gets lost and there is no privacy, as the orders are exposed to anyone making an order. The owner also finds it difficult to determine which orders are to be filled first. FloraFab FloraFab is beginning to lose customers as they are not satisfied with the efficiency of the service
