Morris Street Complete Street Plan The Morris Street Complete Street Plan proposes: Continuous pedestrian and bicycle connections along Morris Street between the future Eagle Creek and White River Greenways  Improved sidewalks, street trees, medians and crosswalks at key intersections;  Curb bump-outs and planters to define parking zones and reduce crosswalk width;  Alternative stormwater management practices; GOALS

Morris Street Complete Street Plan The Morris Street Complete Street Plan proposes:  Enhanced transit stops;  Bicycle connection to the White River Greenway trailhead to be constructed in 2011 at I-70 and Kentucky Avenue;  Rerouting truck traffic and the reallocation of travel lanes to allow bicycle and pedestrian facilities within existing right-of-way; and  Purchase of right-of-way (or donation) from major institutions such as IPL to incorporate pedestrian accommodations and minimize the removal or relocation of major utility poles GOALS
