AIMS™ (Assurety Integrated Mailing Solution) is a complete IDEAlliance, PostalOne! compliant mailing system with USPS FAST appointments for mailers and partners enabling Seamless Acceptance and Informed Visibility. 2. MailAssurety™ uses IDEAlliance compliant mail.dat to achieve Full Service in PostalOne!. Full Service is required for Automation discounts on January 26, 2014. eDocs submission to PostalOne! is enabled thru MailAssurety™ including customized templates, container update functions for postage, transportation and overflow or physical container management. MLOCR and non MLOCR jobs can both be handled as well as Spoilage management. Merging and splitting job functionality allows for the maximum flexibility.

3. ShipmentAssurety™ is a mailing Supply Chain Management solution for Origin and DropShip postal appointments. Automated appointment creation from mail.dat uploads is supported as well as automated content creation for Seamless acceptance eInduction appointments. Partner reporting is enabled thru the USPS FAST system appointments including complete Induction Closeout.

4. PostageAssurety™ enables postage reports for single or multiple jobs. Selected containers from a single job or multiple jobs could be included on a postage report.

5. PalletAssurety™ allows template creation, palletizing loose trays, sacks and bundles per DMM rules. It also enables both manual and automated processing for Copalletization for Consolidators. CSA based 1 st class Intelligent mail pallet plans can be imported and implemented.

6. EntryAssurety™ optimizes planning decisions thru analysis of postage and transportation costs. It also enables building templates for LTL (less than truckload) and Line Haul.

7. TrackingAssurety™ enables IMb Tracing. It also enables communication between you and your partner – Commingler, Consolidator, Co-Palletizer, Transporter. You can learn about Seamless eInduction and if your mail missed the CET (Critical Entry Time). Basically you know where your mail is at all times in the logistics chain. This includes business reply mail if IMb tracing scans are enabled on the return pieces.
