Access without login, click on the link below Overview menu: Create shipment Postcode search logout

3 DHL EPP: Sender address
At first use, please fill in the shipper address. The shipper address can not be saved in the address book. All fields with * are mandatory.

4 DHL EPP: My adressbook The selection of the receiver address can be transferred directly into the shipper and receiver data fields. Please click on the button „resume“. To search for a stored receiver, click on the magnifying lens 1 A search window will open „Dräxlmaier Werksnummer“ with button search criteria Submit receiver 1 For address selection, please open the magnifying glass in the receiver address

5 Schritt 2: Pickup Pickup request
For each shipment you have to book a pickup request! Pickup request is the default. Pickup requests are not required, if a regular pickup exists. Only one pickup request is necessary for several daily shipments. For further shipments you don't have to activate another pickup requests. If there are huge or heavy shipments, please order pick-up separately. Please choose „Pickup request“ if you would like to raise a pickup booking together with your shipment request: Pickup can requested for the sameday or scheduled 5 days in advance . Please choose the pickup date from the dropdown menu Please specify the pickup location (Gate, floor etc.)

6 Schritt 3: Define a shipment
To complete the shipment details please define the content description, number of pieces and optional services Please make sure that you enter a clear content description in English. Number of pieces can be defined via dropdown list. Please enter dimensions and weight for each piece. Saturday Delivery is available as optional service. If you need to send dutiable material, please tick the box “Dutiable content?” and define the shipment value and the currency. Please click on „product validation“ after complete acquisition.

7 Schritt 4: Book shipment
Product selection – customer reference – pickup time window All available products are displayed including the delivery date. If you want to change the delivery date, you can choose another pickup date on page 1. Attention: you are not allowed to select Medical Express or Economy Select! The pickup time window can be adjusted to 90 min for EXPRESS from the latest pickup time The latest pickup time depends on the pickup address Attention: Pickup time window is default Central European Time! Pickup booking in China, next day must be selected! Finally you can book the shipment

8 Schritt 5: Print of shipping label
After the successful booking the shipment details are visible. If you raised a pickup booking together with the shipment the pickup booking reference will be displayed as well. If you would like to check the pickup status or need to cancel the pickup, please contact the DHL customer service at the pickup country and provide this booking reference to identify the right pickup order. 9 DHL EPP: Shipping Label and Shipment details
Sample for shipping label Shipment details The button „Last Shipment“ is visible as soon as you have created a shipment. The button is only visible for the current session. If you logout or close the window, the shipments details and the label are no longer available. Please print out one label for each piece of your shipment, the following Archive Document can be used to ask DHL Courier to sign the pickup. Tracking via
