How to make a: Swabian Plum Cake

Ingredients: -1 kg plums without stones - 150 g grounded almonds - 200 g breadcrumbs - 150 g sugar -1 teaspoon cinnamon - 50 g butter - 300 g flour - 200 g butter - 100 g sugar

Method: Prepare the base from -300 g flour - 200 g butter - 100 g sugar Knead the ingredients together and roll the dough to the size of the baking tin about 4 mm thick

Cut the plums in halves and put them like roof tiles on the base Sprinkle with ground cinnamon and sugar

Prepare the covering by mixing - 150 g ground almonds - 200 g breadcrumbs - 150 g sugar -1 teaspoon cinnamon Add 2 tablespoons of apple juice and produce crumbles to cover the plums

Cover the plums as shown and add small pieces of butter on top Bake for 60 minutes with 160°C Let the cake cool in the tin Serve with whipped cream
