Two-color oil cake Ingrediency: 200g caster sugar 4 eggs 250g flour 1 vanilla sugar 1 baking powder 1 dcl oil 1 dcl hot water lemon peel lemon juice 2-3 spoonful cocoa butter

Separate 3 eggs white and to yolks add one full egg, castor and vanilla sugar. From eggs white and 1/4 castor sugar whisking snow.

Yolks with sugar whisking with mixer for snow. Add hot water and still to stir.

When is sugar melted, we add flour, baking powder, oil, peel of lemon and juice of lemon. Well stir. Finely add snow.

Piecrust should it be feathery and fluffy. 1/3 piecrust spill to second dish and add cocoa.

Baking tin greased with butter. White piecrust infuse into baking tin.

Now add dark piecrust. White piecrust infuse into baking tin again.

Bake to cake 35-40 minutes on 200°C in oven. You don't open oven because this cake fall !! This look after 40 minutes.
