2 Offer vs. Serve Clarification ▫This is not how the kids get their food ▫This is giving them the ability to deny up to 2 components Goals ▫To reduce food waste ▫To give students choices Requirements ▫Mandatory for Senior High School (grades 9-12) ▫Must offer all of the options
