Menu Applications (Breakfast) Fruit n’ Wheat Roll -Place frozen dough into muffin tin or souffle cups -Retard overnight -Top each roll with ¼ cup chopped fruit & 1 Tbsp streusel crumbs -Proof until roll dough reaches top of cup -Bake as directed on handling instructions Wheat Breakfast Pocket -Pan rolls and retard overnight -Combine scrambled eggs and crumbled cooked sausage and place 2 oz. in the center of each thawed roll dough piece -Pinch edges together to seal and proof 15-20 minutes -Bake as directed on handling instructions
