Igredients: DOUGH: 500g of bread flour 25g of brewer’s yeast 1 glass of milk 1 glass of warm water 3 tablespoons of oil 2 pinches of salt TOPPING 200 g. of mozzarella cheese 250 g. of peeled tomatoes 2 tablespoons of oil 2 teaspoons of oregano one pinch of pepper one pinch of salt

Put the flour in a large mixing bowl. In the middle of the flour put the yeast, the salt and the oil. Add the warm water and the milk. Mix all the ingredients until you obtain a dough mixture

When you have a firm mass remove it from the bowl to a floured tabletop. Let it in a dry warm place for 50- 60 minutes. Spread the dough on a flat baking dish. Cover it with tomatoes and slices of mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle oregano, a little pepper and oil. Bake it for about half an hour. Eat it warm and …
