Click on green arrow to go forward or red arrow to backward Step #1 Gather the following items: Brussels Sprouts Olive Oil Kosher Salt Colander, Cutting Board, Sharp Knife Sheet Pans

Step #2 Sanitize your work area. Cut the stems off the Brussels Sprouts.

Step #3 Wash the Brussels Sprouts thoroughly. Steps 2 and 3 may be done the day before service. Store cleaned Brussels sprouts covered in the refrigerator.

Step #4 Place Brussels Sprouts onto a sheet pan. Pour 1/3 to 1/2 cup olive oil over the Brussels Sprouts and toss to distribute the oil evenly. Sprinkle with ½ teaspoon salt.

Step #5 Place sheets pans in a 375 degree oven. Roast for approximately 15 minutes. Roast the Brussels Sprouts as close to service time as possible to achieve the best results.

Click on the red arrow to backward Step #6 Cover the Brussels Sprouts loosely and hold on the serving line. Do not hold them in the warmer or they will overcook. Serving = 2-3 Brussels Sprouts
