This was a project that we had to do as part of our GCSE sports science class. We had to make measurements for our height, weight and the food that we had eaten. Myfitnesspal™ is a calorie counter. I have found out that MyFitnessPal™ was a very good way to keep track of what of what you eat and the calories that you consume and keep a track of the exercise that you do. I found this helpful in order to reach my goal weight, you can even set it so that you can put on weight. Conclusion
