21. 20  Supports all Signal work in the Tunnels Rutgers and Cranberry Tubes which are planned for award in 2015; and the Canarsie Tube.  Signals will take the lead in the modernizing of the Yard Projects: 207 th St Yard (including 200 th St Interlocking) is planned for award for 2016. This will be the first major capital investment in the yard since the 1930s 148 th St Yard would follow next in 2017/18 Rockaway Park would be awarded in 2018 Coney Island Yard, the largest of the 4 yards would be done in a phased approach to minimize operational impact.
