CEI Consultant CEI’s will be used for all Stimulus Projects Contracts will be competitively selected using Expanded Letter of Response Number of CEI contracts will be based on number of construction projects Email notification will go to all firms on our CEI Contact List when contract groupings are confirmed If you have not met our Operation Center Staff, please schedule time with them before project advertisements
