2 Proposed Oakville Timberland Library/Community Building Library, Community Center, Museum, Emergency Center

3 Project A new Timberland Library, community center, museum, emergency disaster center are being planned in Oakville, WA. Anticipated funding is to come from grants and donations. Estimated Costs $2.7 Million (includes site work, demolition and permitting, foundation and structural construction, interior construction including mechanical & electrical-equipment and related labor).
