Community Partnership Advisory Group Development Orient Extension faculty/staff Extension Education Committee County Board Chair/ Executive/ Administrator Authorize Extension Education Committee creates the Community Partnership Advisory Group in accordance with county policy Defines expectations, specifically communication patterns, and products (outputs). Recruit Extension Education Committee and staff identify and invite/orient members Convene Orient (new) group members Group determines leadership roles Advise and Assist Advisory group members provide advisory input to the Extension Education Committee on regular basis Assist Extension in fulfilling their mission
