Testing Windows for EOI End-of- Instruction (EOI) Paper/Pencil and Writing Testing Window Online Testing WindowAssessments Optional Retest March 30 - April 10, 2015 Algebra I / Algebra II / Geometry / English II / English III / Biology I / U.S. History Oklahoma Modified Alternate Assessment Program (OMAAP) (only for repeat testers with previous OMAAP scores in the same subject) Algebra I / English II / Biology I / U.S. History SpringApril 13 - May 8, 2015April 13 - May 15, 2015 SummerJune 1 - July 31, 2015 Spring EOI English II and III writing will be Section 1 online and may be completed any day during the online window. It is highly encouraged that English II and III testing be completed within the paper/pencil testing time frame. Spring EOI OMAAP English II and III writing may be completed any day during the paper/pencil window. 6

Testing Accommodations 7 Accommodated tests: Alteration of environment, format, or equipment that allows access do not fundamentally alter or lower the standard or expectation of the test Modified tests: Change the curriculum Involve deliberate intellectual lowering in the level of materials presented No longer allowed by US Department of Education requirements New guidelines for both standard and NEW non- standard accommodations.

Current Standings As of Monday, April 20: 105,000 Grade 6-8 online tests completed 77,000 EOI online tests completed 8

Middle School Math Waiver For the 2 nd year a waiver from double testing middle school students in math If student is taking an End-of-Instruction assessment in Math, he/she is not required to also take the grade level math test The student’s score only counts toward the school’s A-F Report Card this year, where the student is enrolled, as required by the waiver This was also effective last year and was included in A-F Report Card training and guide appendix 9

Test Results Students receive a raw score upon submission of all online multiple choice assessments Student level results for Grade 3 Reading will be expedited and posted the week of May 15 Student Roster Reports with scores and performance levels for all online multiple choice tests will be posted May 20 Complete Student Roster Reports and Preliminary Summary Reports for all tests (including paper/pencil tests) will be posted June 1 Printed reports for parents will arrive in districts early August 10
