Mutual Guidelines Skype Interviews: *Know proper web cam etiquette. *Close all other computer programs. *Keep your profile professional. *Put your hands where they can see them. *Be aware of your physical environment.

Good questions are open-ended, and thus cannot be answered with a "yes" or "no." Better questions are behavioral: they ask how things are done or have happened in the past, because current and past behavior is the best predictor of future behavior. An interview is a two-way street.
