2. My Opinion Citizens should not have the right to purchase and own assault weapons. With the exception of soldiers serving in our military

4. Why are they banned?  Suspected criminal use  Very deadly weapon

6. Criminal and terrorist Use  Criminal and terrorist organizations

7. Hunting weapons vs. Assault weapons  Civilians can buy semi-auto hunting weapons legally

8. Differences between hunting weapons and assault weapons  Assault weapons can be selected to fire full auto or single shot

9.  hunting weapons cannot fire full auto

10.  Cannot purchase full-auto weapons or convert semi to full auto

11.  Assault weapons are not as powerful as most hunting rifles used for large game

12.  Assault weapons are not commonly used for crimes in the US
