Goals of Forage Program To develop sustainable forage production systems. – Increase production efficiency. – Initiate and evaluate new forage varieties for adaptation to stress and grazing pressure. – Evaluate market and profitability of production systems. – Evaluate value added opportunities of existing forage systems.
