3. يا رب... أنا أعمى... و أعترف انى أعمى... O Lord… I am blind… & I confess I am blind

4. لا أري النور الحقيقى الذى يضئ لكل انسان لا أرى الحقيقة... لا أري حتى خطاياى... لا أري المستقبل... لا أري إلا ما يرى... ليتنى أري ما لا يرى... I can not see the true light which gives light to all people I can not see the truth… I can not see even my sins… I can not see the future… I can only see what is visible I wish I could see that which can not be seen

5. قد ولدت أعمى... بالخطايا ولدتنى أمى... سنين عمرى هربت منى... و أنا جالس أستعطى I was born blind… in sin my mother conceived me… mother conceived me… The years of my life have slipped away… while I sit begging

6. أشحت من الناس حب... كرامة... نجاح... فرح... و ظللت أعمى... Begging others for love, dignity, success, joy… While still remaining blind…

7. و لا أسمع منهم إلا... انت السبب... انت خاطئ.... انت لا تري... انت أحمق... أو يقولون الظروف و الأهل هم السبب... و ما ذنبى إذا...؟؟؟!!! I can only hear them say… you are the cause, you are a sinner, You can not see you are impetuous… Or they say circumstances or his parents are the cause… What then have I done

8. ضع يا رب طيناً علي عينى... لعلي أبصر حتى لو رفضت أنا الطين و اعترضت علي الضيقة لا تصدقنى يا رب... بل أفعل بي ما تريد... فقط أفتح عينى O Lord put the mud over my eyes…may be I can see Even if I refuse the mud… or protest in distress… Do not believe me O Lord… but do what you want with me… Only open my eyes

9. ساعدنى يا رب لكي اغتسل في دموع التوبة ارسلنى إلي بركة سلوام التى هي (مرسل) لكى ألتقى بك... فتزيل عنى الطين و تفتح عينى. Help me O Lord to wash myself daily in tears of repentance… Send me to the pool of Siloam which means (sent) so that I can meet with You… & You would remove the mud and open my eyes…

10. يا رب علمنى أحيا لك... و اشهد لك... و لا أقول إلا.... O Lord teach me to live for you… to witness for you & to say nothing but… اعلم شيئا واحدا اني كنت اعمى و الان ابصر (يو 9 : 25) One thing I know: that though I was blind, now I see" (Joh 9 : 25)
