11. Problem face DirectShow does not provide a filter which supports video capturing and real-time transmission of the video across the network. Encounter problems in implementing video conference and streaming application using Visual C++ and DirectShow

12. Solution Implement the project using Java and JMF (Java Media Framework) JMF supports RTP (Real-Time protocol) which can easily transmit video across network.
