Tuesday (2 hours) Warm up with staff pose, track pose, and splits pose for 15 minutes Forward bends for 15 minutes Strength yoga for 20 minutes Standing poses for 15 minutes Twists for 20 minutes Core yoga for 20 minutes Balance for 15 minutes Chest openers for 5 minutes Cool down for 15 minutes

Wednesday (1 hr 30 min) Warm up with hip stretches, head to knee pose, and downward dog pose for 15 minutes Royal sunbird for 20 minutes Cobra for 15 minutes Sphinx for 10 minutes Boat for 15 minutes Arm balances for 10 Cool down for 5

Thursday (2 hours) Warm up warrior 2 pose, hip inductors, and tree pose for 30 minutes Jumping transitions for 20 minutes Royal sunbird for 15 minutes Cobra for 15 minutes Sphinx for 10 minutes Forward bends for 15 minutes Cool down for 15 minutes
