Home Dice Task 5 In a group of 3 or 4 and using a dice or spinner Draw a set of four boxes like this for each player: Working together, set a target to aim for and decide who will be 1 st, 2 nd, 3 rd & 4 th. Take turns to throw the dice and decide where you want to place the result, it can be on any grid. Do this four times each until all your cells are full. See whether you end up in the correct order 1 st, 2 nd, 3 rd, 4 th Player 1

Home Dice Task 6 In a pair and using a 1-6 dice, or preferably a 0-9 dice if you have one. Draw a set of five boxes like this for each player: Take it in turns to roll the dice and decide where you want to place the number. You should aim to produce as low a number as possible. So if you rolled 2, 4, 5, 1 then you might have 21.54 or 12.45 or 54.21 … Players should take their number away from 100. The first below 0 loses. Player 1

Home Dice Task 8 In a pair and using a dice, roll the dice until you have 2 different numbers and write down the proper fraction. E.g. 2/5 not 5/2 Place this on your grid e.g. The other player should now roll and generate their own fraction and place it on their board. The aim is to end up with 4 fractions that are in the correct order, with the smallest on the left. You must explain clearly to your partner whether you think yours are in the correct order or not. 2/5
