3. -Jury - Made up of about 10 people who are objective and decide whether the defendant is guilty or innocent -Bailiff - Typically a police officer who escorts the defendant in and out of the courtroom -Clerk - Person who records EVERYTHING that is said or happens during court -Detectives - Men/women who investigate the crime scene - They have a team to help them WHO IS IN A COURTROOM?
